Petualangan Nishrina (Kejar Taman Anggrek)-Part 1

Di Jakarta sini saya tinggal bersama keponakan saya. Sebenarnya bukan keponakan langsung karena saudara-saudara saya belum ada yang berhasil beranak, jadi anak sepupu sekali yang diklaim sebagai keponakan. Salah satu keponakan saya itu bernama Nishrina Ramadhani atau kami semua memanggilnya Icci. Anak remaja berumur 15 tahun yang Japan-Freak dan sangat membenci logat Jakarta yang menurutnya susah diajak heboh. Icci inilah yang kadang-kadang menemani saya jalan-jalan mengarungi macetnya Jakarta dan tetap tersenyum walaupun udara kotor telah merongrong paru-parunya.

Seperti biasa di setiap akhir pekan saya dan Icci merencanakan acara jalan-jalan. Lagipula Icci telah selesai UAN jadi ijin keluar dari ibunya tidak terlalu susah. Sabtu tanggal 5 Mei, sehari sebelum berangkat ke Surabaya, yang seharusnya diisi dengan jalan-jalan ke Gramedia Book Fair di Senayan sekalian menjenguk Dian Sastro berubah menjadi jalan-jalan ke Mal Taman Anggrek. Dan ini adalah ide dari Icci yang kemudian disanggupi oleh saya. Dan kamipun kursus kilat gimana caranya untuk sampai kesana. Mencatat dalam ingatan nomor bus yang akan kami tumpangi.

Setelah pura-pura packing-saya harus ke Surabaya esoknya, remember?- dan mencuci baju segelintir, saya dan Icci pun bersiap-siap berangkat. Dibekali Rp50.000 dari tante saya untuk ongkos jalan yang setelah saya hitung sepertinya cukup, berjalanlah kami di bawah langit Cirendeu yang tampak sedikit abu-abu. Sambil menenteng kantongan berisi celana yang ingin saya potong karena kepanjangan untuk dipakai lusa nanti di Surabaya.

Tujuan pertama adalah tukang permak celana. Perkiraan saya, saya dapat menitipkan celana saya itu untuk dipotong setelah pulang dari jalan-jalan baru saya mengambilnya. Ternyata saya lupa, kalau hari itu adalah hari sabtu dimana mereka mengadakan penutupan lebih awal. Takut tidak kesampaian karena esok hari saya berangkat dari rumah pukul emapat subuh, maka sayapun mulai menjelaskan kepada tukang permak celana seperti apa yang saya ingin ia perbuat terhadap celanaku. Dan mengatakan sebentar lagi saya akan kembali mengambilnya.

Dari rumah saya menuju jalan besar melewati tiga pos satpam yang mana jarak antar pos 500 meter. Kira-kira saya harus berjalan sejauh 1,5 km setiap ingin bertandang ke tempat lain. Dan jarak sejauh itu betul-betul membuat kehausan. Icci pun merasakan hal yang sama ditambah lagi dengan nafas yang ngos-ngosan. Berjalanlah kami, sekali lagi, mencari penjual air minum yang menjual minuman kesukaan, teh hijau kemasan. Berjalan dan terus berjalan melewati beberapa penjual yang tidak menjual air semacam itu sama sekali. Langit semakin menunjukkan gejala ingin muntah saja. Akhirnya, Icci yang dasarnya memang sedikit keras hati, mau mengalah untuk membeli minuman jenis lain yaitu minuman soda berkaleng.

Setelah berhasil menemukan minuman, kamipun berjalan kembali menuju tukang permak. Dengan tidak berhenti minum, kami berjalan tergesa-gesa karena hujan mulai turun membasahi baju setitik-setitik sebesar biji jagung. Setelah sampai di tukang permak, yang ternyata di depannya ada penjual minuman, sayapun berharap semoga celana saya sudah selesai dipotong. Dengan wajah yang mulai basah bercampur keringat dan air awan sayapun menanyakan celana saya kepada tukang permak yang ngomongnya pelan sekali. Celana saya belum selesai dipotong,
” Maaf mbak, celana contohnya kok lebih panjang ya dari celana yang mau dipotong?”

Hujan deraspun turun membasahi Jalan Cirendeu Raya,...
